Marc D. Nez, M.S., CCC-SLP

Clinical Director & Founder

Meet Marc “The Multitasking Maestro” Nez, M.S., CCC-SLP — founder, fearless leader, and the speech-language pathologist at the heart of Laryngenesis Therapy, LLC, where exceptional care meets unmatched passion. From chart notes to clinic build-outs, Marc’s brain is always buzzing — and his heart’s always in the right place.

Whether he’s mentoring his team, coordinating speech and OT services, or navigating tricky billing like a Jedi master, Marc brings vision, grit, and glitter to everything he touches. He’s turned a dream into a thriving multidisciplinary practice with clients of all ages, and he somehow still makes time for spooky novels, parenting three awesome boys, and houseplant rehab.

Marc doesn’t just lead a clinic — he’s redefining what a therapy practice can be: bold, warm, and unapologetically client-centered. With a minor in psychology and a major in hustle, he brings brains and heart to every decision, whether it’s supervising CFs, launching park events, or laying down policy with clarity and care.

In short? He’s not “just” an SLP — he’s the heartbeat of a mission. And Laryngenesis isn’t just a clinic — it’s a movement.
