Jennifer has almost a decade of direct experience with autistic clients, nonspeaking communicators, and school-based, home-based, and clinical service models.
Jennifer’s “speechie” interests include trauma-informed approaches to therapy, family coaching, learning about and advocating for neurodivergent voices, and the latest brain science. In the “outside world,” she loves learning new things and continuing to challenge herself to grow as a human being (currently on the menu: meditation, genealogy, and martial arts). She currently moonlights as a mom of 4 and homeschool teacher, which has taught her everything about life, including neurodiversity, authenticity, and a presumption of competence.
